Job Title: Commercial and Residential Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation to track project progress.
  • Manage material and equipment deliveries to ensure timely availability on-site.
  • Implement and enforce company standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Qualifications:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in both commercial and residential construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and direct on-site personnel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools to track project progress and manage resources.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
