About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team at Telecoms World. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provision orders from start to completion, ensuring seamless customer experience
  • Offer support on all enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information
  • Arrange and oversee couriers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
  • Deal with order delays and manage customer expectations, providing regular updates and communication
  • Perform mail administration tasks, including email management and documentation
  • Follow up on customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide recommendations to customers
  • Take payments and process invoices, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Carry out duties in a professional, polite, and helpful manner, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle product service enquiries
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to work under pressure with high call volumes
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
