Key Responsibilities:- Transact routine non-financial activities on client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Explain basic information in functional areas.
- Multi-task and leverage organizational skills to meet departmental and regulatory standards.
- Assist team members daily to complete work.
- Make effective decisions based on comprehensive case analysis.
- Demonstrate valuable interpersonal skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience.
- Accountable, ethical, and good decision-making ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
Ampcus offers a comprehensive paid on-site training program for Service Analysts to learn about the insurance industry, product provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.
