Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TIFEC (The Illig Family Enterprise Company). As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of qualified candidates
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
* Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and gather position requirements
* Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract quality candidates
* Screen resumes and cover letters to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications for the role
* Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
* Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Communicate job offers and employment details to selected candidates
* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding employment

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, human resources, or related field
* Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and human resources
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and internet career sites, as well as experience managing professional social media accounts
* Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar
