Position Overview

Job Summary

As a key member of our production team at StoneWorks, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process. This position offers a competitive base pay of $19.50 per hour and provides opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Work Schedule

This role includes:

  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, starting at 6am
  • Night Shift: Monday night - Saturday morning, from 6pm to 4:30am

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing pouring, de-molding, and cleaning of molds
  • Conducting quality control checks and packaging of finished goods
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
  • Engaging in general cleanup and preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently, both above shoulder height and below waist level
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work in a non-temperature controlled setting
  • Must adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
