Job Overview
  • Location: The Bronx, NY
  • Weekly Work Hours: 36.4 hours

This role involves delivering instruction in both individual and small group settings, regularly assessing and documenting student progress, and adjusting instruction as needed. You will also be partnering with general education teachers, specialists, and families to foster student success and maintain a classroom environment that supports engagement and learning.

Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education required
  • Valid NYS Special Education Teaching License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred
