Nurse Educator Specialist

We are seeking a Nurse Educator Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health Corporation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and experience working with adult learners. This role will involve developing and implementing training programs, evaluating learning outcomes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of staff, students, and instructors
- Evaluate learning outcomes and make recommendations for program improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Provide expert guidance and support to staff, students, and instructors
Requirements
- BSN in Nursing
- Minimum of three years recent nursing experience with increasing responsibility and interest in education, nursing practice and quality
- Current unrestricted Michigan Nursing license
