Role of the Inventory Associate: The Inventory Associate plays a crucial role in supporting our service team by ensuring that all necessary tools, dinnerware, and utensils are well-stocked and polished. This position also involves providing assistance in various service areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and polish all service utensils, including silverware and glassware
  • Assist in the dish room and service areas as directed
  • Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Safely operate all required tools and equipment
  • Communicate effectively to understand and follow job instructions
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Work in various conditions, including confined spaces and fluctuating noise levels
  • Lift and move items as required, adhering to safety standards
  • Stand and walk for extended periods while navigating the restaurant

Essential Functions:

  • Transport used dishes to designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at service stations
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
