Display Designer

We are seeking a skilled Display Designer to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Display Designer, you will be responsible for designing and building visually appealing store product displays that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

• Design and build store product displays that meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain a calendar of display builds to ensure timely completion and meet sales goals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for display improvement and implement changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and display design.

• 1 year of experience in construction, building, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow all safety regulations and policies.
• Experience with woodworking, tile setting, and use of power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.

This role requires working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise levels. The employee must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift as needed.
