About the Role

As the Marketing Lead at GovSignals, you'll be at the forefront of sharing disruptive govtech solutions with the world. You'll transform the business landscape and drive job growth while experimenting and having a lot of fun doing it.

You'll shape and execute our marketing strategy, focusing on digital presence, viral content creation, and innovative go-to-market strategies. You'll also help manage and outsource marketing efforts, including press releases, publication articles, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow GovSignals' social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  2. Create engaging content for our blog, social media, and other digital channels
  3. Design and implement marketing experiments to optimize our reach and engagement
  4. Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies
  5. Collaborate with the product team to effectively communicate our value proposition
  6. Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications

We're looking for a previous marketing experience of at least 1-2 years, with strong social media management and content creation capabilities. You should have a basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with new marketing approaches.

You'll need to be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong interest in government contracting and/or B2B SaaS. Critical thinking and self-project management abilities are a must.
