CHSGa is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our communities. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our team as a Facility Administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the efficient management and day-to-day operation of our long-term care nursing center, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Create and maintain a warm and welcoming environment for patients, family members, and visitors, while ensuring the safe and consistent delivery of quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain effective associate relations programs to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Establish and manage annual budgets, monitoring expenditures in accordance with budget allocations and financial guidelines.
- Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance initiatives and activities to drive excellence in care and services.
- Establish and maintain effective inter-departmental communication to promote positive working relationships and collaboration.
**Requirements**
- Current Georgia State Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Working knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Requirements of Participation.
- Preferred degree in Business Administration or Health Administration, but not required.
- Embracing the standards, values, and beliefs articulated in the Encounter Excellence Program.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with residents, family members, department heads, associates, and visitors.
