Cardiac Care Nurse

About the Role
Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. You will collaborate with other members of the healthcare delivery team, including physicians, to deliver quality healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
- BCLS
- ACLS upon hire or transfer into unit (Exception: GN must obtain within six (6) months from date of hire or transfer into unit).
- Minimum College: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
