Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Cardiac Progressive Care position at Las Palmas Medical Center is a critical role in providing high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Monitor and recognize changes in patient status and take appropriate action.
  • Administer and monitor the effects of medications, treatments, and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain high standards of patient care.
Requirements
  • RN licensed in the State of Texas or Compact.
  • BCLS certified.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Associates Degree or BSN.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Critical care background.
  • Dysrhythmia recognition.
  • Proficiency in EKG.
