Role Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager responsible for managing project design, client interactions, and overall project management from start to finish. This position necessitates cooperation with internal teams of civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality public, private, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in land development, exceptional project management capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Client Oversight: Direct and oversee the design, scheduling, and execution of land development projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of engineers and support personnel to meet project objectives and timelines.
  • Design & Permitting: Supervise or actively engage in the design of land development projects, encompassing site planning, utility design, and grading.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate and lead discussions with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure project coherence and successful results.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related tasks as necessary to support project and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) license is essential.
  • 6+ years of experience in site design, planning, and project management within the civil engineering domain.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Self-driven and team-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience.

Work Schedule:
