Job Description:

The Service Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. This position requires interacting with customers to address requests regarding quotations, orders, products, and services.

As a Service Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to internal and external customers, resulting in generating impactful success. You will thrive in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment, wearing multiple hats to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer requests, including processing orders, quotations, and requests for service.
  • Conduct and post Field Service Engineer's physical inventory results.
  • Evaluate and process purchase orders and scope of work to meet company compliance policies.
  • Execute daily/weekly reports on unshipped items, KPIs/QDIP, returns, drop shipments, and backorder status.
  • Provide accurate information on parts availability and instock items.
  • Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Follow established service quality standards and meet processing times and follow-up actions.
  • Apply DBS, create and document standard work, and continuously improve processes.
  • Conduct effective training for new hires and team members.
  • Provide administrative support to management.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a heavy volume Call Center and Customer Service role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio). SFDC and Oracle preferred.
  • This position requires repetitive typing, considerable interaction on the telephone, and regular viewing of multiple computer monitors.

  • Strong phone, verbal, and email communication skills, along with active listening.
  • High attention to detail, follow-up, multitasking, and conflict resolution.
  • Understand the goals and objectives of the Team, Department, and Company.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, commitment, and dependability.
  • Strong work ethic and a high level of self-accountability and dependability.
