Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

At Lifeport, Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering blueprints, source control drawings, and OEM part verification to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Select articles for inspection at specified stages in the production process and test products for various qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.
  • Evaluate data and record results to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
  • Verify complete assembly per engineering and certification records for all materials used in production.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask.
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Knowledge of alloys and material certifications for product acceptance.
  • Must be proficient using most precision inspection tools to obtain measurements.
