Quality Manager Job Description

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of quality control specialists to conduct inspections and testing of products.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality control metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality control specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality control, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
