Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist II, CMM

At Lifeport, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret engineering blueprints, source control drawings, and OEM part verification to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct First Article Inspections on all detail parts per AS9102.
  • Select articles for tests as specified stages in the inspection process and test products for various qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics.
  • Record test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
  • Evaluate data and write reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
  • Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment. All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.
