Job Overview

West Coast Roofing is seeking a skilled Residential Roofing Field Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that work is executed efficiently, correctly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure installation quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure materials and services.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to maintain smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential roofing industry.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual a plus.
