Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and logistical aspects of commercial roofing projects. This includes project management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver a comprehensive project plan to the project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review project information with estimators, including contracts, budgets, and job requirements.
  • Monitor and track project costs to ensure they align with the project budget.
  • Schedule meetings with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Issue change orders and update billing as required.
  • Report project performance to department heads and ensure accurate communication of project status.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a commercial roofing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and comprehend drawings and specification documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:

The work environment for this role involves exposure to potentially hazardous materials and situations that require adherence to strict safety protocols. The ability to work in a loud and noisy environment is also required.
