Transform Clinical Development and Healthcare Delivery

Crescens is seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Health R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming clinical development and healthcare delivery through the use of digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of a pioneering app platform to support patients before, during, and after clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative approaches to transform the user experience and enable capture of key data direct from patients.
  • Map the external technical landscape and understand similar product pros and cons from a patient perspective.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers/Owners within Unify as well as other products in Digital Health to deliver a flexible product that covers most aspects of patient interactions in a clinical trial.
Requirements:
  • Life Sciences degree
  • 7 years of minimum experience
  • Understanding of the drug development process and the different sources of information that will support, inform, and assist in Trial Design and execution
  • Well-developed Product Management skills
  • Deep knowledge of design and business process related to the product area
  • Knowledge about Clinical trial delivery
  • Knowledge of GCP, 21 CFR part 11, relevant guidelines ISPOR, ISOQOL, FDA, EMA
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal as well as external partners
  • Ability to challenge the status quo, take ownership, and hold self and others accountable
  • Senior collaborator management skill with together with proven negotiation, collaboration, and interpersonal leadership skills
  • Effective problem and conflict-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and create clarity
  • Passion for Customers, representing the needs of multiple customers in decision making
