Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical direction for CATV operations to ensure high-quality service
  • Hire, train, evaluate, supervise, and oversee work schedules of technical staff and contracted installers
  • Troubleshoot and ensure repair of cable systems, make necessary system adjustments, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with CLI, FCC, and OSHA performance standards
  • Advanced electronics training, including RF test equipment and transmission line theories and analytical techniques for problem solving
  • Requires demonstrated aptitude with mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Climb poles with proper equipment (safety belt, safety strap, and climbers), ladders, or other structures as needed
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
