Partner Marketing Specialist

Alarm, the innovator in cloud-centric software solutions, is seeking a skilled Partner Marketing Specialist to join our team in Liberty Lake, WA. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications department, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing marketing programs and tools to support our channel partner onboarding and development.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales/Revenue Operations leadership to define a strategy for our partner marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain automated communications to engage new OpenEye partners and improve their onboarding experience.
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing campaigns using email and other marketing tools to grow existing partner engagement and address inactive partner accounts.
- Implement and promote a self-serve partner marketing toolkit for OpenEye's general partner base.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to implement partner-focused sales tools for engaging and closing new channel partner prospects.
- Support the marketing team as needed in the delivery of the partner recognition program.
- Measure, optimize, and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of related marketing experience, preferably marketing enterprise software to, with, and through technology partners and partner communities.
- Experience working in various marketing technology platforms; Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills required.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from development to completion.
- The pay range for this position is $25-$35 USD per hour, depending on experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
