About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Own. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing and new business relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Product, to provide input on product roadmap and customer feedback.
  • Participate in sales enablement training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding quota.
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
