About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our Residential Team as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living skills support, including meal preparation, activities, and personal care assistance.
  • Assist individuals with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ohio Driver's License with five or fewer points.
  • Personal vehicle with car insurance.
  • Ability to lift and assist individuals.
