- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Perishable Department
- Process and prepare merchandise according to company policies and guidelines
- Ensure proper product levels and rotation in the Perishable Department
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
