Insurance Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Agent to join our team in our Concord office. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community to connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
  • Connect members of the local community with insurance solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Work with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and grow the business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • State insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support
  • Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
