About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Experience Manager to join our team at Industrious. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our members, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive member engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve member satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
