Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Welcome Coordinator to join our team at Oak Street Health. As a key member of our Service Team, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our patients and community members.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome patients and guests, ensuring a warm and inclusive environment
- Conduct visit check-in and assist patients with required forms
- Collect co-pays and update patient information in our electronic medical record platform
- Schedule and reschedule appointments within our electronic medical records platform
- Manage phone lines, answering calls, taking messages, and conducting outbound calls as instructed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas
- May be required to float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite
- Professional phone etiquette
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
- US work authorization
- Strongly preferred: experience in customer service setting, some college preferred
