Job Description

This role involves leading our early childhood education programs, creating engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years old. As a Child Development Lead Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to child development.
  • Maintaining accurate records of child progress and reporting to parents/guardians.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a licensed childcare center or related field.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
