About the Role

The Radiologic Technologist performs a range of general diagnostic radiologic procedures, utilizing advanced imaging technologies to capture high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic radiologic procedures, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and fluoroscopy
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely image acquisition and interpretation
• Provide exceptional patient care, addressing concerns and ensuring comfort during procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• American Registry of Rad Techs (ARRT) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certification in Radiologic Technology (CRT)
• Rad Tech Fluoroscopy Permit
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to operate equipment in the Operating Room, as needed
