Cardiothoracic Imaging Faculty Opportunity

The Department of Radiological Sciences at UC Irvine Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and accomplished physician to join our Cardiothoracic Imaging Faculty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing advanced cardiovascular imaging procedures using cutting-edge technology, conducting research, and contributing to the education and training of residents and fellows.

Responsibilities:
  • Imaging and Research: Perform advanced cardiovascular imaging procedures using state-of-the-art clinical 3T & 1.5T MRI scanners, single energy/spectral CT scanners, and photon counting CT.
  • Education and Training: Contribute to the education and training of residents and fellows in cardiothoracic imaging.
  • Research and Publication: Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of cardiothoracic imaging.
Qualifications:
  • Education: M.D. or D.O. degree.
  • Training: Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging.
  • Certification: Board-certified in diagnostic radiology.
  • Licensure: Eligible for California licensure.
  • Experience: Demonstrated research and teaching experience.
