- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
- Previous experience working in a retail or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of paint and coatings products, including tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
