Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our Key Accounts Center, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our major customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with our major customers through regular communication and updates.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communication with customers via email, phone, and portal.
  • Answer customer phone calls and email requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Closing out and ensuring work orders are in a billable status on customers' portals.
  • Prepare customer quotations for service repairs and maintain accurate records.
  • Proactively follow up with customers upon request and provide timely updates.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high call volume, customer-focused office environment.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience working in a high-paced, customer service environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience in developing customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication (written/verbal) skills.
  • Organized self-starter with an innovative system of follow up.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute required tasks with urgency.
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have a high school diploma; some college preferred.
