About the Role

Tetra Tech is seeking a skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Maitland, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Managers in gathering critical data on projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, and project analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Manager in executing proper controls to proactively monitor and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs, labor hours, and quantities for projects.
  • Develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management and/or client informed of project progress.
  • Assist in project setup, maintenance, and updates to project budgets.
  • Calculate monthly subcontractor accruals and quarterly financial updates.
  • Resolve payment or labor charging discrepancies identified on review of Project Status Reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a project analyst in project-centric business.
  • Oracle ERP systems experience preferred.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills using Excel to organize and manipulate data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
