Job Title: Logistics Relationship Manager

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Relationship Manager to join our team at NavitsPartners. In this role, you will play a key part in managing relationships between carriers, customers, and sales groups for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned external customers, handling all aspects of the relationship.
  • Analyze incoming correspondence and provide prompt, effective resolutions.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal contacts, utilizing dispatch systems and external scheduling tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on both internal policies and external customers' organizational structures and procedures.
  • Identify cost-effective solutions and resolve issues impacting delivery processes.
  • Ensure accurate product delivery and represent the company positively in its relationship with customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.
  • 1-3 years of dispatch experience in logistics/transportation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to manage a high volume of daily emails.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Conflict management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working varied shifts, including nights, early mornings, and some weekends. The initial training period will last at least 3 weeks, taking place from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
