Job Opportunity: Plant Controller

The Reserves Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join their team in Nebraska. As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will be responsible for analyzing and refining current costing strategies, implementing new costing processes, and managing fixed asset accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and refine current costing strategies
  • Implement new costing processes and procedures
  • Manage fixed asset accounting
  • Financial reporting for inventory and cost of goods sold
What We Offer:
  • Direct hire opportunity
  • 100% onsite position
  • $125,000 to $140,000 salary with flexibility depending on experience
  • 13% target bonus
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Cost accounting experience
  • SAP experience
