About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Technician to join our team at Corbion. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production processes in our Acid and Derivatives department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure products meet quality and quantity specifications.
  • Start-up, operate, control, and regulate production processes in the field and from the control room.
  • Measure and add raw and auxiliary materials as required.
  • Exchange control findings with technicians in the plant and control room.
  • Take samples for in-process determinations and laboratory analysis.
  • Enter data into the ERP system for accounting purposes.
  • Perform cleaning activities and maintain production facilities.
  • Help train less experienced coworkers in equipment operation and tasks.
  • Register data and hand over production processes for optimal progress.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years' experience in an industrial environment.
  • Safety training for process industry.
  • Process operator experience.
  • Multi-tasking, computer skills, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
