Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operation of commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers.
- Ensure the highest quality of service by maintaining accurate records, monitoring equipment performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise and train laundry staff on proper equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Monitor and report on laundry services performance, including metrics such as cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laundry operations, with a focus on equipment management and quality control.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The laundry services team operates in a 24/7 environment, with varying shifts and schedules. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
