Job Summary

The Home and Community Based Services Aide is a vital member of our care team, providing support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to enable individuals to remain in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide or assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, and nail care.
  • Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
  • Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
  • Notify the Agency Director immediately in case of any incidents or accidents.
Requirements
  • Experience in home care preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified patients' needs.
  • Ability to function in any home situation, regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient.
  • Able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
