Personal Support Specialist Opportunity

Woodlands Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Specialist to join our team. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living, such as using the telephone, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and perform scheduled activities as assigned.
  • Accurately document care provisions and changes in resident statuses.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella, and Influenza.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.

Salary: $17 - $25/hour
