Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key responsibilities, including:

  • Monthly review of residential reports
  • General accounting of monthly closing entries and other reporting functions
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of the General Ledger

The role also involves compilation of Client Financial Report Packages, communication with Clients, Asset Directors, and Property Managers, and quarterly reporting to Lenders and Clients.
