Job Summary
Western Alliance Bank is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Resolution Manager to join our Corporate Treasury department. This role will involve developing and implementing recovery and resolution plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or economics, with 7+ years of experience. They will be responsible for analyzing data, developing financial models, and creating reports to support recovery and resolution planning. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $115,000 annually, based on industry standards and market research.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement recovery and resolution plans that meet regulatory requirements
* Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support plan development
* Create reports and presentations to communicate plan progress and results
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of plans

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
* 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or economics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working at a large financial institution or business consulting firm
* Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other data automation applications
* One to two years of experience reading and interpreting banking regulations
* Experience with Workiva Wdesk platform or similar tools
