Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Revenue Cycle Associates and ensuring the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will have formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree and 3-5 years of healthcare patient financial experience. Additionally, they should have 1-3 years of supervisory experience and expertise in managing accounts receivable.
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will gather and analyze billing data, perform day-to-day processes, and develop and maintain payer relationships. You will also stay current with payer and healthcare billing regulations, maximize recoveries on assigned Accounts Receivables, and proactively identify areas that require attention to protect a positive cash position.
The successful candidate will ensure company goals and metrics are met through effective billing procedures and follow-up processes. They will learn each assigned practice's policies, procedures, and processes to investigate and resolve technical and process issues.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $24.38-$36.57 per hour, based on experience. The potential for hybrid remote work is available. As one of the largest health care providers in Maryland, we strive to CARE BRAVELY for over 1 million patients annually.
