Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, including phone system maintenance, performance metrics tracking, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ year of contact center management experience.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients, guests, and colleagues.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
