Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Safety Associate to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our people and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety and security audits to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain safety and security procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Respond to and coordinate emergency situations, including security breaches and accidents.
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
