Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Netrality. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the data center's critical infrastructure systems, ensuring high-level service and security requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and provide reactive/notification/escalation services as required to address alarm events.
- Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international Colocation Customers in a 24/7/365 facility.
- Execute sales orders and facility preparations to support new customer environments.
- Perform hourly walkthroughs of the facility to visually verify and collect readings from all critical electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Assist with physical security monitoring and perform rack & stack tasks for customer equipment as required.
- Manage customer package deliveries and maintain detailed logs of all events, anomalies, inventory, and work tickets.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of previous Data Center experience or other closely related technical fields required.
- Industry related certifications, or associate degree+ in a technical area of study strongly preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of Data Center cooling and power infrastructure a plus.
