Fraud Operations Specialist

At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fraud management team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing fraudulent activities, conducting in-depth analysis and investigations, and collaborating with internal staff to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with internal staff to resolve issues and provide guidance to customers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Investigate and respond to fraud escalations.
- Establish and improve fraud-related processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent conversational skills in English.
- Experience navigating multiple computer screens and programs while interacting with customers on the phone.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience operating a computer in a Windows-based environment.
- One year experience in fraud, customer service, or a call center environment.
Preferred Background:
- Customer service and call center experience.
- Good tone and communication skills, as well as listening skills.

Overland Park, KS (Onsite)
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour on W2.
