Job Description

The Senior People Success (Human Resources) Business Partner will play a critical role in creating and executing our people strategy. This includes providing forward-thinking HR partnership and support to our teams, analyzing organizational health, strengthening people manager skills, and promoting employee development.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide business leaders with data-driven analyses of their organization's performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover.
  2. Develop and deliver coaching and leadership development programs for people managers.
  3. Offer guidance and counsel to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including succession planning, employee development, compensation, and benefits.
  4. Promote employee and organizational development through performance management programs, skills gap analysis, and individual career development.
  5. Support talent initiatives that drive significant impact in supporting the organization's needs.
  6. Deliver a seamless experience to employees across all HR programs and processes, leveraging LendingClub's programs, policies, processes, and systems.
About You
  • 5+ years of human resources generalist experience in progressively responsible roles and a bachelor's degree in a related field of study, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to be proactive, anticipate, and provide alternatives and options to business leaders.
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting and driving projects through the organization, influencing key partners, and decision-makers.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and persuade effectively.
  • Curiosity to understand roles and responsibilities of functions supported.
  • Ability to facilitate groups, coach, and counsel employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse employees and leaders.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and federal, state, and local laws governing employment policies and practices.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $136,000 and $159,000 per year, depending on experience. The position also offers a bonus, equity, and benefits package.
