About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team at Sally Beauty. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our wide range of hair and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships and Inspire Loyalty: Develop strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and advice.
  • Recommend Additional and Complimentary Products: Utilize your knowledge of our products to recommend additional and complimentary items that meet our customers' needs and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Inform Customers of Current Promotions and Events: Stay up-to-date on current promotions and events, and effectively communicate this information to our customers to drive sales and engagement.
  • Set up Advertising Displays and Arrange Merchandise: Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised, with effective displays and arrangements that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Ensure Customers are Informed about and Enrolled in our Loyalty Program: Educate our customers on the benefits of our loyalty program and assist them in enrolling to maximize their rewards and savings.
  • Complete Transactions Accurately and Efficiently: Process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Maintain a Professional Store Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained store environment, communicating any inventory issues or concerns to management.
  • Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values: Embody our company values and culture, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
